Standard Music, originally a music production company, was started over a decade ago by Composer/Producer Stanley A. Smith. Later teaming up with Music Supervisor Jilien Manges, they discovered, through their unique and varied experiences in the world of Film & Television, there was an ever-increasing need for great sounding and interesting original music. Consequently the Standard Music Samplers were born. Over the years, not only has their original catalogue continued to grow but they have also branched out to include the music of a handful of talented Artists, Songwriters and Producers with whom they felt have wonderful and lasting material and who wanted a voice in Film & Television as well.
The theory behind the Standard Music Samplers is to provide Music
Supervisors & Music Executives with a unique collection of great, one-stop
music that strives to meet their creative needs as well as the budget at
hand. Rather than bombarding our dear Music Executive friends with the
usual campaign of calls and relentless emails, wešd instead just like to
provide the material minus all of the repetitious hype. We get it; wešve
been there ourselves! So when the need for music arises we hope that
Standard Music will be at the top of your list. |
